If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

II. Definitions

Customer

  • Any individual who accesses or uses the Chopsi platform to browse, place orders, or avail services.

  • All text, images, logos, graphics, videos, product descriptions, reviews, and other materials displayed on the platform.

Seller(s) / Meat Shop Partner(s)

  • Third-party vendors, fish suppliers, meat shops, or butcher partners listed on the Chopsi platform (if applicable).

III. Eligibility to Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

IV. Changes to the Terms

Chopsireserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

V. Translation of the Terms

These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience. In case of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

VI. Provision of the Services Being Offered by Chopsi

Chopsi provides an online platform that enables customers to:

  • Browse fresh fish and butcher-cut meat products

  • Place delivery or pickup orders

  • Make online payments

  • Receive customer support

Delivery timelines (including “30 Minutes”) are best-effort estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Chopsi License to Your or Customer Content

By submitting content (reviews, feedback, images), you grant Chopsi a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

4. Representations Regarding Your Content

You confirm that any content you submit:

  • Is accurate and lawful

  • Does not violate third-party rights

  • Is not misleading or offensive

5. Content Removal

Chopsi reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion without prior notice.
